V.I. Pizza

Vi was amazing to comp the cost I paid for the pizza that was wrong plus more. After a personal phone call from the owner Rob. It was not expected as stuff happens. I didn't realize that when they ask you questions on a grub hub survey how your order was they don't tell you they are publishing it. I didn't want it publicized to hurt someone's business.

These things happen sometimes in a busy restaurant so no big deal. I never had a bad meal or pie at VI. They are always amazing. Rob the owner is certainly one of the best out there. You can tell just by the amount of people waiting to get in and caring to make sure everything is right and customers are happy.

I have ordered several times without giving a review because I wanted to try different items to see if they were a 'hit or miss' restaurant. I am happy to say they have been a hit with me on every order. Their wings and Mac & cheede are very tasty, their Grandma pie is outstanding, and the eggplant parmigiana was perfection. Even the Caesar salad was delicious. They are very accommodating, follow instructions and their delivery person(s) are friendly and courteous. That gets a five star review from me and I don't give such a high mark easily. I'm very particular about food, especially Italian dishes because I grew up on homemade Italian food. Bravo VI Pizza!

Wow, I consider myself a pizza connoisseur as I have had pizza all over ny, the United States and Europe (I love pizza what can I say) And I took a shot at this place today with no idea what to expect except what I got from reviewers. The upside down pizza was incredible! It was not to thick, semi crunchy and soft, the cheese was so good, and they have really good sauce. I will be back on my next cheat day! Oh and did I mention the staff was pleasant, helpful and smiled genuinely, which for me, is a big deal.

So everyone here is very nice. It was unfortunate to see the order come completely wrong but what was amazing is the person i spoke to, im assuming the manager, was so kind about replacing the order. He sent me extra food for the second delivery. It was amazing food too. Wings are bangin. Order came late but i also live far awsy from the store so it was understandable sort of. I will order again.

The food here is so amazing and they deliver earlier than the estimated time in the app. I was in the hospital about to have my daughter and I ordered food as we waited for contractions to hype up and by the time the baby came my food came 5 mins later! I think best experience ever! Lol the mother of my child wanted nothing else but that Mac and cheese slice!

Delicious mouth watering food! I need to try the whole menu! They delivered on time and I AM SO SATISFIED, Im not buying pizzas from anywhere else for a while. Kiss the chef, keep it up and thank you. SOLD!

Love these guys. They're personable and their food is great. A plain cheese reminds me of my childhood in Queens. They're about their customers. Will continue to frequent this place! Oh and their wings are delicious!
